Lusin® Lub O 32 F from Chem-Trend is designed to reduce processing cost while increasing processing efficiency. The product acts as a release agent, as well as a lubricant for thermoplastic processing, reducing processing time. Lusin® Lub O 32 F is NSF H1 registered and EU (2002/72/EG) certified and is hereby suitable for manufacturing products that are subject to particularly stringent food hygiene requirements.

The food-compliant Lusin® Lub O 32 F offers significant advantages in the PET stretch-blow molding production and bottle filling lines. When used as a release agent in the injection molding process, it is suitable for all forms of thermoplastic, with the exception of polycarbonate. The product is developed to be environmentally conscious and contains no solvents, silicone and halogens.
