3 - ML does not have quality focus !
Wrong – ML has a QC department with 4 people, just as many people as we have in the production to run the machines. ML is ISO13485 certified in the Plastic Production, and there is a high focus on quality control for Production Start with measurements and visual inspection, and an AQL based control of the parts coming from the machines every day.
Products can be delivered with CoC/CoA. Cavities are always kept sorted and production batches are never mixed.
